Information we collect

We may collect:

• Information submitted through the consultation form, including the parent or guardian's name and email address, the student's class, preferred schedule, and learning goals.
• Information you voluntarily provide in subsequent emails or communications concerning tutoring.
• Limited technical and usage information, such as browser and device type, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, advertising click identifiers and whether a consultation confirmation page was reached.

Please do not submit passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Information is used to:

• Respond to enquiries and arrange a free consultation.
• Plan and provide requested tutoring sessions.
• Communicate about scheduling, lessons and related support.
• Protect the website and consultation form against misuse or fraudulent submissions.
• Measure website and advertising performance and improve how Nary Math reaches families seeking mathematics tutoring.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Nary Math does not sell personal information.

Google Ads measurement and cookies

Nary Math uses the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement. The tag may use cookies or similar technologies to remember that a visitor arrived through an advertisement and to report whether the visitor later reached the consultation confirmation page. This helps measure advertising effectiveness and improve campaign performance.

The current implementation does not send consultation-form entries such as names, email addresses, student classes or learning goals to Google through the advertising tag, and enhanced conversions are not enabled.

Form delivery and service providers

Consultation submissions are stored securely by Nary Math's website-hosting provider so an enquiry is not lost if an email notification is delayed. Email notifications are delivered through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. Information may also be processed by website-hosting, email and communications providers only as necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries and provide tutoring. These providers process information under their respective terms and privacy practices.

Sharing, retention and security

Nary Math may share information with service providers that support the website or tutoring service, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the service. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, provide tutoring, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Students and parental involvement

Nary Math provides tutoring to school students in Classes 6–12. Consultation requests for a minor should be submitted by, or with the knowledge and consent of, a parent or legal guardian. The form requests a parent or guardian's contact details rather than the student's direct contact details.

Your choices and requests

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center. Blocking cookies may affect measurement but should not prevent you from reading the site or submitting the consultation form.
